How much weight can the pony carry?
My pony is larger and can carry up to 120lbs with no problem.
How much room do I need for a pony party?
My pony is hand lead making it easy to walk her anywhere. We can walk her in small or large yards, sidewalks and even non busy streets or cul-de-sac. So don't think you need a lot of room for us to bring a pony to you.
Do you have parties at your location?
No, my farm is not set up for parties.
Can we feed the pony?
Yes, once we are all done with rides you may feed carrots or apples as long as they are cut into small pieces. Please ask before feeding so I can assist with feeding so little fingers stay safe.
Is there an age limit on the rider?
No, any age is ok to ride as long as they don't exceed the weight limit. If we have a small or young child a parent is welcome to walk next to the pony and hold the child. It's more about weight.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we do carry general liability insurance. If you should need a certificate for your HOA or Venue, it's not a problem but we will need a weeks' notice to get it from the insurance agency. So, plan ahead if you are going to be doing the party at your neighborhood park. It's a $20 processing fee for the certificate.
How do I book a pony?
You will need to contact me to make sure I have the date your wanting available. A $50. non-refundable deposit will hold your day and time on the calendar? I take Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or you can mail a check or money order.
What if it rains?
If you have paid a deposit, I will show up rain or shine. Remember this is Florida weather can change just a few miles down the road. If the weather looks a little iffy, we will keep contact and I will do whatever you would like to do. Move it to another time if my schedule allows, get a little wet (unless its lightning) or cancel it. Should you have to cancel because of weather, you would only be out your deposit. but I will give you a gift certificate for a one time thirty-minute pony ride at my farm on another day as long as the pony was canceled three hours prior to time booked.
What forms of payment do you accept
Venmo, Zelle, cash app, and cash
How's the best way to get in touch with you?
I run this business by myself and I'm with clients that have paid for my time. So answering the phone and getting time to get back in touch with everyone can be hard for me at times. But I will do my best to get back with you before the day is done. You can text, message by Facebook or Instagram, e-mail or leave a voice mail.
Thank you for understanding.
